Please note that we do not offer product returns/refunds whatsoever.

Do we offer exchange?

We apologize that items purchased during Sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Non-Sale Period:

•  In case of size exchange, the item must be shipped to us within 14 working days in case of international orders and 10-12 working days in case of domestic orders.

We offer product exchange under following conditions:

• The item is unused, unworn, & intact with all the original tags (including the garment ribbon tag) & security straps attached.
• A return request is placed within 14 days of receiving your order.
•  Any damage caused to the item until it reaches us is your responsibility. Please ensure that you use a tracked service for a safer process.
• In case of a quality issue with the product, we will collect it within 14 working days for international orders and 10-12 working days for domestic orders.
•  All the goods returned to us will be inspected thoroughly to ensure your compliance with the above conditions.

Liability

• We are not liable for any errors on our website and hold the complete authority & right to change any information therein without any prior notice.
• If you face the unlikely situation of receiving damaged or defective goods, we will inspect the product & are liable to offer you a full refund under the following conditions:
• It is a manufacturing defect & not the result of misuse of the item
• You notify us of the defect as soon as you find it
• Once notified, the defective item will be collected by us
• The returned item is unworn, unused, & has its tags/security strap intact (including the garment ribbon tag)
• All packaging items/boxes are returned to us along with the item
• In case of size and other issues, the expenses would be borne by you. It is only in case of quality issues or shipping of wrong product, that the expenses would be borne by us.
• Any damage caused to the item until it reaches us is your responsibility. Please ensure that you use a tracked service for a safer process.
• Once received, on confirming that the defected item complies with the above-mentioned conditions, we will refund you a reasonable amount for returning them to us.
• We are not liable for any difference in colour that you witness between the items displayed on our website & those delivered to you. We are keeping utmost accuracy & authenticity in their display & any changes in the same are mere results of monitor colour contrasts, different browsers, etc.
• We are not liable for any economic loss, loss of reputation or goodwill, or any indirect losses incurred.

Severability

• If any of the terms and conditions herein contained are held unlawful by the court of law, in whole or part, it will not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions from being enforceable.

Cancellation

• You can not cancel the order once it is confirmed.

Shipping

• Your order will be delivered within 4 to 7 days (in India) and 14 to 15 days (outside India) following the order confirmation. Additional business days may be required for delivery during peak selling periods.
