As each outfit is made to order, we do not accept refunds or returns. This policy ensures that every piece is carefully crafted to your specifications.

We recommend reviewing all product details and sizing carefully before placing your order to ensure you are completely satisfied with your selection.

Ready To Ship Orders

Ready-to-ship pieces are eligible for exchange only. Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead, as refunds are not available.

Custom & Standard Sizes

All orders, including custom sizing and standard size pieces, are made specifically upon order and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Please review the size chart and measurements thoroughly before placing your order.

Alterations

Once an outfit has been altered, it cannot be exchanged. Alterations are considered a custom service, and any requests for changes after purchase are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

However, if you require alterations, we are happy to assist you. Please note that customers are responsible for one-way shipping charges associated with sending the outfit back to us for adjustments.

Sizing Concerns

If you have any questions regarding sizing or fit before placing your order, we encourage you to reach out to us for guidance.

Cancellation Policy

As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Our design and manufacturing process begins as soon as your order is confirmed, and we are unable to alter or cancel any orders once they are in production.

Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping Delays

We strive to ensure timely deliveries; however, refunds will not be provided for any shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party logistics partners.
